Omron... refreshingly different!
With that compelling theme, Omron Europe B.V. runs a 12-month long campaign targeting new
prospects and making them aware of a special aspect of the company and the unique characteristics of its products.
The red thread running through the campaign is formed by a Minicooler (fridge) that is given to selected target groups in limited quantities. Every month the fridge is filled by the account managers with a special refreshing drink specially made for Omron in the form of spring water and a fizzy or fruit drink.
Depending on the monthly theme, a suitable filling is chosen, e.g. pure water due to the fact that Omron products contain lead-free solder (RoHS) and an energy drink due to the introduction of a new power supply.
Coinciding with the visit of the account manager, a monthly direct mailer is sent to the target group.
The mailer (card) comprised the monthly theme and also a special discount action.
During the campaign, 12 direct mail cards are produced, each with its own theme.
